SSG Workflow – Convenient additional feature for electronic work permits
Paper-based processes are very time-consuming – but now there’s a solution! Workflow is an additional feature in SSG On site that makes it possible to digitise the flow for processing work permits.
This can be for general work, but also work permits, for example:
- Electronic driving permits (trucks, hoists and mobile work platforms)
- To enter certain areas of the site
- Hot work
- Work in enclosed spaces
- Handling chemicals

We comply with the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s requirements for work permits
In the event of a special risk of fire or explosion, Section 36, written work permits are required. In brief, it must contain handling and safety instructions for the work task. The person carrying out the work must certify in writing that these guidelines are to be followed. The work may not be started until the coordination manager has approved it.
