SSG strengthens support for international workforce management
4 June 2026
SSG Standard Solutions Group is launching new functions developed to help industrial companies handle the increasing requirements connected to international workforce and contractor management.
The new solution brings together central functions to give companies the opportunity to:
- define and reuse requirements at company and individual level throughout the supply chain
- Create dynamic to-do lists for contractors with clear status tracking
- store, check and validate documentation such as postings, A1 certificates, work permits and Swedish F-tax.
- complete real-time overview of approved and unapproved companies and persons
- automate reminders when documents are missing or approaching expiry dates.
The solution is designed for businesses that need to ensure compliance with posting regulations, work permits and related documentation requirements.
– We see a clear gap between the legal requirements and the practical tools available today. Many processes are still manual, fragmented and time-consuming. With this solution, we are creating a more transparent, traceable and efficient management system that makes things easier for both companies and authorities," says Linn Folke, Product Manager at SSG.
Growing needs in industry
The need for structured management of international workforce is growing in Swedish industry. According to the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s statistics, nearly 75,000 posted workers were registered in Sweden in 2025 - an increase compared to the previous year, where the construction and manufacturing sector accounted for a significant share of the development.
Increasing mobility places higher requirements on industrial companies to handle registrations, A1 certificates, work permits, postings, tax bases, insurance and other documentation for both companies and individuals. At the same time, many companies find it difficult to collect, check and follow up data throughout the entire supply chain.
Continued development together with industry
SSG continues the development in close cooperation with industrial companies and relevant authorities. The aim is to give Swedish industry better conditions to handle international labour in a safe, legal and cost-effective way.
