SSG launches new functionality that streamlines competence assurance in industry

SSG has developed our digital platform SSG Skillnation with a new function for defining and monitoring internal competence requirements. This is done via smart competence profiles that companies can create entirely according to their own needs. The function gives companies completely new opportunities to ensure that both their own staff and contractors have the right competence for their roles and tasks.
Competence profiles allow companies to define the requirements that apply to different roles and connect these to individuals’ training, certificates and other types of qualifications. The result is a clear and unified overview of the competence situation - which is crucial for operations, maintenance, production, safety and efficiency in industry.
