Contents
Part 1: Online basic course with certificate (1-2 hours)
Suitable for those working with pressurised equipment. As a course participant, you will be given an overview of the most common assembly methods, materials and tools.
You will learn how to assess whether work has been performed safely and correctly and be aware of the risks involved.
Part 2: Online installation theory course (2-3 hours)
Aimed at installers, and provides an in-depth overview of methods, materials and tools.
Part 3: Practical test, on site in groups (2 hours)
Kiwa is responsible for the practical part and the skills certification. Part 3 is ordered separately via se.academy@kiwa.com when Part 2 has been completed.
The test is conducted on a mobile testing rig, which means it can be completed at different locations around the country.

Implementation
The course consists of two online theoretical parts, both of which conclude with a final test. Parts 1 and 2 take approximately four hours to complete.
In addition, the course includes a practical part (Part 3) that consists of an installation test lasting approximately two hours.
If you pass all three parts, you will receive a certificate of competence confirming that you have been trained in standardised methods for safe work practices. When it’s time to renew the certificate, you only need to repeat Parts 2 and 3.

The course is aimed at employees and contractors in industry who work with flange connections in their roles.
