This standard is intended for use when selecting and procuring hydraulic equipment. The intention is for the user to have a safe, highly available hydraulic installation with low maintenance costs.
SSG 3800E specifies and clarifies the items in EN ISO 4413:2010 that must be met by the hydraulic equipment or equipment in which hydraulics forms part, in terms of function, safety, reliability, the environment, energy efficiency and documentation.
