This standard provides a selection of welded threaded pipes. For pipes in accordance with this standard, threaded stainless or acid resistant steel fittings in accordance with SSG 7390E shall be used.
The standard is aimed to buyers, designers and installers, among others. The pipes in the standard can, for example, be used as installation pipes for indoor drains, heating pipes, pressurized devices and similar in various industries, for example medicine, energy, chemicals, petrochemicals etc.
