This standard provides instructions on the design of steel stairs in industrial buildings with angles of inclination from 37.2° to 60.6°, which are designed for connection to concrete floor structures, walkways and steel service planes.
The document is to be used as a basis for engineering and procurement in order to provide the involved parties with information concerning conditions at an early stage, as well as design instructions.
