These recommendations comprises an overview of the recommended voltage levels in the pulp and paper industry and brief recommendations regarding voltage tolerances. These instructions regarding harmonics, their effects and associated problems, have been developed as an aid to project planning, tender enquiries and the purchase of equipment susceptible to the phenomenon.
