New online course from SSG for safer electrical work in industry

The course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and is done electronically, which means that course participants can be flexible as to where and when they want to complete the course. The course certificate is valid for three years after successful completion. The course participant can repeat the course at any time during these three years.

​The course covers key areas of electrical safety: safety culture and responsibility, planning prior to electrical work, how the work should be carried out, measures after completing electrical work and how to act in the event of an accident. Through a combination of fact presentations, videos and moment-for-thought exercises, participants are given the necessary tools to work safely in high-risk environments.

​– The participants should feel confident in their working methods and understand the importance of planning, risk management and allocation of responsibilities. This is the basis for a strong safety culture,” says Linnéa Medelberg.

SSG will also continue to offer the course in an instructor-led format through collaboration with its partners.
