An interactive and certified safety course on systematic occupational health and safety work, high-risk work tasks, safety culture, and fire and emergency situations. For all employees in industry – even those who work in environments that are not normally covered by these courses.
SSG Employee Safety is one of Sweden’s most widely used courses to enhance health and safety, and increase awareness of workplace risks for industrial employees. The online introductory course on safety is aimed at all employees of the company, including office staff who are often not included to the same extent in safety training courses. SSG Employee Safety is therefore a great advantage in a company’s efforts to increase overall competence, awareness, and understanding of occupational health and safety issues and risks in the workplace.
The course is a general safety training course that can be used by all sectors of industry. This basic course can be complemented with a local course for sites with specific requirements.
Makes things easier for your company
The SSG Employee Safety course includes information about current occupational health and safety legislation, general rules, workplace risks, how to work preventively, and what to do in the event of a near-accident. The course makes it easier for companies to meet requirements about informing staff of applicable occupational health and safety legislation.
By signing up for the course, a company’s HR department is also provided with administrative assistance in keeping track of who has completed the course. A database of course participants who have been assigned, started and completed the course is available to the administrators at each company.

Implementation
The online course features factual sections interspersed with slideshows, animations, videos and educational exercises to increase participant engagement. The course concludes with a final test to ensure that the participant has acquired the necessary knowledge. A pass in this course is valid for three years. Course participants can repeat the course on an ongoing basis. This is free of charge.
