Michael is the creator of security and value for SSG’s clients

Michael “Micke” Ankarmark is the spider in the network between SSG’s clients, support and internal teams in northern Sweden. Right from the start, he was captured by SSG’s culture and the opportunities for personal and professional development that the company offers.
– People seem to thrive here and there are really great opportunities to grow," says Micke.
As Account Manager, he is responsible for clients across the region, from small companies to large industrial projects. His work is not just about business, but about understanding clients’ needs and ensuring the right support is available at the right time. Micke describes his mission as creating long-term value and security.
– My job is to be visible, build networks and understand the needs of clients. It’s about creating relationships and giving clients peace of mind in their everyday lives," says Micke
Meeting clients
Micke often visits production facilities, meets operators and discusses how digital solutions can make their work easier. By combining technical understanding with strong relationships, he helps clients minimise near-accident and collapse risks.
– Our goal is that everyone must be able to come home safe after work," he says.
His efforts directly benefit clients. Through digitalisation and improved processes, industrial companies save time and money, while his input contributes to improvements in SSG’s services and platforms.
– When I find a way of working or a solution that really helps the client, it feels extra good," says Micke
Emphasises culture
Micke estimates SSG’s open and positive culture. Colleagues share knowledge, support each other and dare to bring ideas.
– Here, the ceilings are high and you can always get help when you need it. It’s inspiring to work in an environment where everyone really wants to contribute to customer benefit," he says.
Since the start, Micke has developed a lot in business development and digitalisation. He is driven by personal development and seeing concrete results. When clients are satisfied or when solutions lead to improved safety, he feels proud.
