Robin Bergström has over 20 years of experience in customer service and works in support at SSG. His drive is to help people and create positive experiences every day. – When I come to work, I step into my professional role and when I go home, I put on my private Robin again," he says.
In his spare time, he is a martial arts instructor and when he has time, he likes to read a book.
Robin guides clients in everything from SSG’s systems to training management, where he acts as a link between support and IT. He ensures that cases are resolved and always gives feedback to the client.
– Many of our clients need quick access to their courses, but may not be so used to computers. Then it can be crucial that someone guides them correctly," Robin explains.
Likes to help
His work is a tangible value creator every day. Being able to solve problems quickly and provide peace of mind in the systems makes a difference for clients.
– At the beginning of a call, the client may be frustrated, but when we finish and you can almost hear the smile through the phone, it feels really good," says Robin.
Robin particularly estimates SSG’s open and helpful culture. Colleagues share knowledge, support each other and no one judges anyone.
– There is a strong culture of helping each other. If someone makes a mistake, we solve it together. This creates a sense of security that encourages people to take the initiative and try new solutions," he says.
Development meetings
Robin describes his work as a constant opportunity to develop. Every new customer contact and every problem that must be solved brings lessons that strengthen both him and the team.
– It’s the meeting between people that matters most. My goal is always to find a solution together," he says.
