A sales department equipped for the future

5 February 2026

In recent years, SSG’s sales department has grown with more coworkers, increased specialist competence and a stronger international focus.  With that in mind, they are ready to help and guide our clients in a fast-paced world.

– 2025 was a strong year for SSG, and we see this as a receipt that we are on the right track. Despite the fact that the world is changing rapidly, the need to work on safety at workplaces continues to be great - something you can never compromise on," says Caroline Selling, Nordic Sales Manager at SSG.

SSG meets clients in different phases and with different needs. For many new clients, it’s about creating structure from scratch - gaining control over which contractors are on site, finding smooth communication solutions, and reducing manual paperwork.

– For new clients, it is often the total overview that is missing. In other words, which individuals are present at the site, what training and certificates they have, and that the contractor company behind the individuals is a good company with order and fair working conditions. Our role will be to help the client take control and create a safe and efficient everyday life. The absolute most important thing is always that no one gets hurt at work and that everyone gets home safe at the end of the working day," says Caroline Löwenhielm, Key Account Manager.

At the same time, the sales department works closely with existing clients who have already come a long way and now want to further develop their working methods, often with several of SSG’s services that give them synergy effects in their daily work.

SSG has expanded its staff at the office in Gothenburg - an important step in getting even closer to our clients, while the team works across borders across the Nordic countries.

– Regardless of the market, safety and competence are our core issues. These are needs that unite our clients, regardless of whether they are located in Sweden, the Nordic region or Europe. Our task is to make this work easier, safer and more efficient for them to do," concludes Caroline Selling.
